Hotel parking for this event is priced at the following rates: Overnight self-parking is available at $30/night. The room block closes on April 20. Exhibitors and attendees should reserve only the rooms they know will be used, as holding extra rooms limits availability for other attendees.
After the April 20 deadline, API remains financially responsible for rooms reserved within the block, and unused or no-show reservations may result in attrition charges.
If attendees and exhibitors require rooms after April 20, they can contact the hotel directly at 1-800-468-3571 to ask if there are still rooms available in the block but we encourage all attendees to make every effort to book by the deadline to ensure a room at the discounted rate.
