Beer/Wine/Cocktail and Food Event
In partnership with local brewers and bottlers, all exhibitors(excluding Not-for-Profit) will host a specific brew, wine or cocktail that is paired with an hors d’oeuvre at your exhibit booth. Exhibitors have the opportunity to upgrade their offerings (see next page). As our attendees move through the exhibitors’ space, they will visit each vendor table featuring a unique beverage and food pairing. They will also have an opportunity to play a Vendor Trivia Game, where conversations between attendees and vendors will yield game-related information (prizes: 3 Nintendo Switches, valued $350 each).

During the Beer/Wine/Cocktail and Food Tasting Event in the Exhibitors’ space, your booth will be part of a Vendor Trivia Game via the conference Cvent App. We will ask your team to provide trivia ahead of time about your product/service offerings, details that can only be learned through face-to-face interactions with attendees. Winners of 3 Nintendo Switches (valued $350 each) will be announced at the President’s Address and the prizes will be handed out at the President’s Reception.
