This package provides access to the three (3) opening Keynote Lectures on Wednesday, May 5, 2021 (Drs. van der Laak, Treanor, and Upton). Registrants will NOT be provided with the post-conference recordings nor will they be able to claim CME credits for these sessions.

NO refunds on registrations
Recordings of the sessions will be made available to registrants shortly after the end of the conference and will be available for access for 90 days. Registrants who claim CME credits will be eligible to claim CME credits for ALL sessions after viewing the recordings for the sessions that they did not attend live.
