Become a Member of API!

The Association for Pathology Informatics (API) is a scientific society that is dedicated to furthering the discipline of “Pathology Informatics”.  Our membership represents a diverse range of interests in this field, and we have a strong tradition of nurturing trainee participation.

In addition to this site, please visit our related web sites.  API’s official journal is the Journal of Pathology Informatics (JPI).  The Pathology Informatics Summit is our annual meeting, and we are also involved with the ASCP Annual Meeting and the Pathology Visions annual meeting meeting.  API began participating as a companion society at the annual USCAP meeting in 2012.

If you are interested, we would like to invite you to become a member.  There are several membership types, but most people will select “Individual” membership.  Trainees (e.g. residents, fellows, students, and post-docs) may apply for “Associate” membership.  We also have special memberships for teaching institutions, commercial entities, and other organizations (please click on appropriate-sounding links below for details).  Application forms are available on those pages, or from links to the right of this text.

Please contact us if you have any questions about API, or membership in API!

To Join or renew your membership: Use the online application form located here if paying by credit card.
