FDA regulation of mobile apps

Looks like the the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is seeking public comment on new proposed guidelines for mobile medical apps to ensure they don’t pose a risk to patients. They do restrict the definition of mobile medical apps, however, this will add an additional burden to this growing field. If you’re interested there is a web site to register your comments.
